By creating an account, accessing, or using AskHOA.ai's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using AskHOA.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Description of Services

AskHOA.ai provides an AI-powered platform for analyzing HOA documents including:

  • AI-powered document analysis and insights
  • Interactive chat interface for document Q&A
  • Compliance checking and risk identification
  • Document summarization and key information extraction

User Obligations

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The AskHOA.ai platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your documents solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Payments and Refunds

AskHOA.ai offers one-time purchases per homeowners association ("HOA"): Quick Check and Full Report. Each purchase unlocks the paid analysis features for that specific HOA and does not renew or recur. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • •Pay the one-time fee for your chosen plan, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe)
  • •Provide accurate and complete billing information
  • •Understand that access applies to the purchased HOA only and is included for 12 months from the date of purchase. We may keep access available longer at no extra charge, and if paid features are ever discontinued during your access period we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your analysis

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by email — contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion and where required by law. Once a purchase is refunded, access to that HOA's paid analysis is removed.

If we introduce recurring subscription plans in the future (such as a Business plan), their billing and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

  • (a)Your access to, use of, or inability to use the services
  • (b)Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • (c)Any content obtained from the services
  • (d)Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Changes to Terms
